Who receives your request
Simple Transportation Technologies presents technology services from STT Logistics Group. For questions about your information or this notice, contact it@sttlg.us.
What we record
The form records your email, service of interest, language, and optional choice to receive updates. Your name, company, and process description are optional. We store the request date and a reference to identify it. We do not ask for passwords, identity documents, or card details.
How we use it
We use the information to respond, assess your request, coordinate a session or proposal, and follow up on the service. Sending a request does not automatically subscribe you to updates. The updates option is unchecked by default, and you may withdraw that choice by contacting us.
Payment and coordination
If you choose to pay for discovery or an hour block, you open a checkout hosted by Stripe. Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy information. Our form does not receive card details or confirm payments. We use the email you provide to reconcile your request with the payment administratively and coordinate the session or agreed work.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the site hosting service’s database for review by the responsible team. The site has no public page for viewing or downloading requests. Providers hosting the site and processing payments are involved in those functions.
Form protection
To limit abusive submissions, the server uses an identifier derived from the IP address within a short time window. The form also validates input and uses an automated-submission control field. We do not use that identifier to display personal information to visitors.
Your questions and requests
You can contact it@sttlg.us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Include the email used and your request reference, if available. We will confirm the necessary steps and any conditions affecting record handling. Contact us to ask about the status and handling of your record.
